In september i had two surgeries back to back on my abdomen gallbladder an my appendix ive been back to my surgeon twice for the issue im having now which is two out of 7 incisions on my stomach swell turn red an its hard to use the bathroom?

Your surgical wounds, likely with laparoscopic surgeries, should be healed well at this time (more than 7 months after the surgery). Redness and swelling of the previous incisions, supposedly scars by this time, is quite abnormal. I wonder because of the pain so you cannot strain with bowel movement.
You should see a doctor, preferably the doctor who did the surgeries, ASAP.
