See local specialist: We could read MRI or provide you with an opinion if the quality of the download is good . But even if we disagree with your pain management doctor we could not help you because we are not allowed to prescribed pain medication on line . The most practical way is to seek a second opinion from a local doctor that would be able to prescribed the proper medicine if they disagree with your first doctor
