Unsure of Cavitation: I'm not familiar with the term "neck cavitation". See a musculoskeletal specialist, usually a doctor of osteopathic medicine (D.O.) that specializes in omm (osteopathic manual medicine) or nmm (neuromuscular medicine) with a sports medicine background.
