A member asked:

How can i get help dealing with test anxiety that is negatively impacting all my grades in college?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Test anxiety: If you have a learning disability, documented ADD or severe anxiety disorder, you may qualify for academic accommodations at your school. Look into educational support services at your college to see what is offered. A mental health professional at the student health center may help you better understand why you panic and under perform on tests. See: http://www.studygs.net/tstprp8.htm I hope this helps.
