Managing anxiety: Anxiety, if severe enough, can cause extreme distractibility, impaired concentration and difficulty focusing. You say you have OCD and are on Prozac (fluoxetine) and Tegretol. Not clear why you are on Tegretol, Recommend discussing symptoms with your doctor as it appears they are not adequately controlled, thereby interfering with your ability to study. Also, get enough nutrition, exercise and sleep.
