Get an evaluation: There is no single universal way; there might be different causes and reasons for this. I recommend you to talk with a psychiatrist about it, once the possible cause/s are identified is easy to develop a treatment plan and work on it. Treatment is successful in most cases; but first, you need to talk.

When panicking u r getting too much! so try 2slow ur breathing! better yet, 2keep more carbon dioxide in ur system: cup ur hands & breathe in/out thru them. Do learn about panic.
