Seek out a therapist: It's very likely that your university has a counseling center where you can receive therapy for free as part of your tuition. Meeting with a mental health professional to learn better coping skills is usually what is most helpful in dealing with depression and anxiety. If your school does not offer free counseling services, you can probably find a therapist through your health insurance.
