see sleep specialist: I would recommend that see a sleep specialist to rule out sleep apnea that can leave you feeling tired all day. There are other sleep-elated conditions that can cause this as well a many other medical conditions. Your sleep doc will recommend an appropriate work-up.10% of children have sleep apnea. See a therapist: If you are not already doing so, find a good therapist. Anxiety is very wearing. It can deplete your energy. If you have a lot of stress (starting college, new challenges), working with a therapist can help you deal with those. Do continue to get adequate sleep and good nutrition. Take time to care for yourself- relaxing and having fun. If not better, see your doctor.
