De-stress: College is a stressful time. We often characterize it as 'party time' but there are a great many pressures wrapped up in the social environment and volume of work. Having peaceful zones or places on campus, places to take effective breaks, and knowing when you've had enough 'fun' are also ways to manage anxiety.
