How was the wt lost?: Did you find out if there was a medical reason you gain wt? This is very important. Need to see a wt mngt med doctor. If it was a matter of eating incorrectly & not exercising, then the way to come out of starvation mode is to slowly reintroduce food over 4-6 wks. Continue to exercise 4/7 days min. Drink 64 ozs h2o. Weigh daily and keep track of intake total, when wt is stable you will be there.
