Dr. Heidi Fowler
Psychiatry 27 years experience
Starvation Diet =: Failure. If you starve yourself, your metabolic rate will drop and you will easily gain weight. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio ; weight training. If you are really struggling consider working with a trainer and a nutritionist. Take care.
Created for people with ongoing healthcare needs but benefits everyone.
