Ive been dropping weight fast 2wk ago, but now i'm not losing any more, but still restricting. ive heard its called starvation mode but when will it end by still restricting? its dangerous, i know, but simply would like an accurate answer. to help

Starvation Mode: True starvation mode is dangerous, rare, and occurs when the body has little fat storage (5%) and begins to use protein. Metabolic adaptation is commonly seen with those losing weight and occurs throughout a person's weight loss efforts. It's common to lose more the first 2 wks on a diet then taper to approximately 2-8 lbs/month. Don't expect to lose every week. Look at the average per month.
