More info needed: A normal CAT scan and MRI of the abdomen (presumably) and normal blood work (how extensive?) argue for no immediate abdominal catastrophe but it is not normal to vomit several times on awakening. How long has this been occurring? Is there any pain during the day or after meals? She has already seen an internist. Maybe you should take her to a gastroenterologist.
