Not prolactinoma: Hi. You don't have a prolactinoma, but those symptoms could still be see with various pituitary problems. What are the "vision problems"? If loss of parts (esp. peripheral) visual fields, that would fit with pituitary problem; if it's just that you need reading glasses, no. Nausea/vomiting makes us think about possibility of lack of adrenal function; pituitary problems can cause. Consider pit. MRI

No: Please see an ophthalmologist for eye exam ASAP. You will need vision check, refraction, dilated eye exam to check optic nerve and visual filed test. You may need to have a MRI of the head. An eye exam is a very useful exam to determine if you have optic nerve swelling, or peripheral visual field defect this will lead to an imaging of the head by MRI with and without contrast.
