Hi. 23 year old male. my scrotum is red and swollen. no fever, nausea, vomiting, no blood in my urine or semen, and it is a dull achy pain. ?

Yeast irritation : Your age and symptoms makes yeast or jock itch a possibility. There are over the counter remedies at your pharmacy. Hairdryer the area after each shower. If not better in a few days, back to your doc. Good luck.
