Call your dentist: Call your dentist/oral surgeon to review your symptoms. Have you taken the pain medication prescribed? Are you alone? If so, can you have a friend/neighbor help you? Sit or lie down and get some fluids.

Evaluate asap: The symptoms you are experiencing can be due to many factors such as surgical pain, medication, or presence of infection. Best to have an evaluation by the surgeon that performed the surgery.
