Cannot say: the fundamental question is the SIZE of the nodes. Technically, everyone has dozens (but they are so small you cannot even feel them). They go up with any inflammation like a dental problem or mild cold. If they are not most of an inch in diameter, if they are not odd seeming if they are not changing in shape, then.... not much.cannot say in your particular case, but generally,

Neck Nodes: Greetings. The need for a biopsy is a decision based on multiple factors. Some of these risk factors include, recent change in the nodes, do you smoke or drink alcohol, family history of cancer, other lymph node swelling in other areas, skin appearance, tenderness of the neck and degree of mobility of these nodes. You had an image that gave sizes and it looks like a good ENT managing your case.
