May be extra pathway: You have what is called a paroxysmal (out of the blue and self limited rapid heart rate) tachycardia. This can be because of a hereditary electrical conduction disorder or an sensitive conduction system that fires randomly if you do not get enough sleep, take caffeine, use pseudo-fed type decongestants, or drink alcohol or use energy drinks like Monster. Usually benign but see cardiologist for Dx.
