Is: Is the open bite dental, skeletal, or combination. Do you have tongue thrust causing the open bite or secondary to it. Is your upper jaw too narrow. How much alignment time is required before beginning vertical correction. Malocclusions are like snowflakes, no two are exactly alike. You need the services of a fully qualified Orthodontic Specialist. Ask your Dentist for referral.

Immediate result: If you received surgery to correct your open bite, you should see the result right after the surgery. Of course, there is recovery time and post-surgery Braces are still needed for few months.
