You have neuropathy: You have a peripheral neuropathy which occurs in various conditions causing pins and needles sensations in the hands and feet. Some treatable causes include diabetes, an underactive thyroid, vitamin B12 or Folic Acid deficiency, but there are many causes. See you family doctor to get evaluated and tested. If no cause is found, it is called "idiopathic", but there are some medications which help.
