Hi, for the past couple of weeks i have pain and needles at the bottom of my foot and palm of my hand and at the same time easily getting bruised. please tell me what the cause is? thanks a million?

You may have acquired a peripheral neuropathy and a neurologist could evaluate and confirm with appropriate testing. The bruising needs also testing for bleeding tendencies, and a coagulative workup should be included. The two issues could be well part of a uniform syndrome. Get proactive and seek attention ASAP.
