Pins and needles sensation all over body,mainly on chest and right side of stomach, accompanied by pain which last usually less than a minute, widespread pain,back pain,pins sensation on foot,,hand and back,what can be the possible cause?

I don't feel that one disease entity could explain all your symptoms. I would start with a thorough history&physical examination including a neurological exam, complete blood work and also check for deficiencies of calcium,magnesium,vitamin B12. A referral to a neurologist for evaluation would be next as needed.
