Have had worsening joint/spine pain, extreme fatigue, occasional pins & needles & numbness in hand/foot, etc.had spine/brain mris showing nothing.what could this be?nxt steps/other dr's?(saw neurol.)

Continue: Sounds as if you are on the right track to establishing a diagnosis. Keep up the consultative advice with the neurologist and you might want to consult with others, starting with a good primary care internist, rheumatologist, and so on. Hope this works out well soon.

Suggestions: Given the joint pain, the problem could be some form or arthritis or other rheumatologic condition. A rheumatologist may be helpful. Another suggestion is that the pain and fatigue with no signs on MRI could be symptoms of fibromyalgia. Consider searching for doctors in your area who specialize in fibromyalgia.
