No.: But Afrin is not a great medication, often. Over the counter meds for cough and cold have no proven efficacy and make some problems worse, and have side effects, too! Your nose can also become dependent on it. Get your money back and don't get another one. Steam, spicy foods/teas, peppermints, hot soup, lots of non-caffeinated non-caloric liquid, menthol nasal inhaler and blow don't sniff.
