Stop Afrin (oxymetazoline): After 3 days afrin tends to make post nasal drip worse. Your cough sounds like post nasal drip plus reflux, for which a decongestant plus nasal steroids and nasal washes usually works well. However, pertussis and a few other things should be checked, so get in and get seen.
