Warm bath,herb tea &: A warm or hot bath usually helps and adding 2 cups of epsom salts will help even more. Try to relax with slow deep breathing. Herb tea may help- esp. chamomile or passionflower or tulsi. Go to youtube and search for "sleep music" and you will find videos with music designed to help people fall asleep. Some have 10 million hits or more so I imagine they must be pretty effective.
