Trazodone: You can take trazodone, but it's not likely to help insomnia and "feeling bad" due to xanax (alprazolam) withdrawal. You need to call your physician asap and ask for advice. If you've run out due to taking more than prescribed, this is another type of problem that needs to be dealt with also.
