A member asked:

Hello, my sleep apnea is not being improved all that greatly by my cpap, what can you recommend to improve it? sleep apnea

Hard to say: If your issue is sleep apnea & your machine is set properly you should get results within a week or two. If you have another co-existing problem it may not.My first effort would be to make sure your machine is set at the proper pressure setting based on your sleep study. If it is not I would not expect any benefit.
