Shouldn't be a prob: Once the medicine runs out, you are essentially breathing in air. this should not be a problem at all.

Inhaled meds: No problem breathing the air or oxygen after the meds run out in the nebulizer.

Safe: Breathing nebulized air should not cause problems. If you are experiencing any dryness in your mouth or throat drinking extra water would help. If you have any problems related to your breathing see your physician.
