Solids: Cereal, either rice or barley is started around 4 months if she is ready. She should be able to propel the food from the front to back of her throat and swallow. If she pushes it out, she is not quite ready. Vegetables at 5 months; meats at 6 months and followed by fruit. Check out healthykids.com All the best.
