Breast feeding: A breast fed baby may have a stool with each feeding, once a day or can go as long as a week without having one. All very normal as your baby is acting. He may also fo a lot of gruting when passing stool. Again, all normal.

It's OK: Normal stools can be anytime from every feeding on one end to once a week on the other end. As long as the stool is not hard, like pellets, or thick like clay, then they are normal frequency. If there is no stool in a week, then you can use a glycerin suppository to induce one.
