Prob'ly keep nursing: Probably you can safely breast feed your daughter, which is much healthier for her than formula, especially the first few months. It should be especially safe if you also are taking anti-HIV drugs. But do not rely on this or any other online resource. Check with the doctors providing her care and yours and follow their advice.
