Cereal: Start with one simple food at a time.Generally rice cereal, slowly increase amount from 1 tablespoon to 4 tablespoon a serving--mixed with breast milk and spoon-fed.If well tolerated try oatmeal cereal, then veggies one by one and last fruits.Remembe breast milk is still the most important food.

Solids for 4 months: Usually start off with rice cereals as it is easily digested . You can also feed her first stage baby foods. Introduce one new food every 7 days to make sure she is not allergic to it. Then you can offer 2 - 4 jars thereafter depending on her needs.
