Is it dangerous to wait a month for impacted cystic tooth removal? i am going on vacation and want to get surgery afterwards not before.

Some risk: Depending on the specifics of your anatomy, risk factors, and symptoms it may be OK to wait a month or it may not. Best to get the opinion of your dentist or oral surgeon. Then you have to make the call. There is no sight-unseen answer to this one...

Do not wait: Cysts are often a sign of chronic infection, and as they grow, they can cause damage to the adjacent teeth, bone, and nerves. It can cause many health problems if not removed ASAP.
