Office policy: This question needs to be directed to the dentist who is performing the procedure. Since each office has a different policy, there is no one answer. You are asking for a 100% guarantee... Not possible in any medical or dental procedure. You need to at least assume some of the financial risk since implants fail unexpectedly through no fault of the surgeon.
