Tongue piercing: I would guess yes, but this is best answered by the oral surgeon who is removing your impacted wisdom teeth.

Piercing is harmful: Ask the oral surgeon, but i would think yes. Tongue piercing's harm teeth by banging into them, causing micro-fractures that eventually result in macro-fractures. You will be sore from the extraction. Why traumatize a fresh surgical site?

Depends on surgeon: Some surgeons use electrosurgery and it would be unwise to have a metal piercing. It probably would not be in the way of the surgical procedure, though.
