I have taken femara (letrozole) it worked had ultrasound 6 days ago and had ovulatory fluid on us....but i started bleeding 6 days after too soon for period?

Day 21 Progesterone: Typically a Progesterone blood test is done around day 21 to confirm that ovulation took place. This is a more definitive way of assessing than an ultrasound.
