I have 28 day cycles. am on femara (letrozole) 3 days after ovulation started bleeding lightly for 2 days am now 1 day past my period due date could i be pregnant?

May be: You could see your doctor and get a blood test for pregnancy. Or you could wait 4-5 days and do a home pregnancy test, use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
