Infertility: The goal of Femara (letrozole) isn't to induce a period it is to create an environment where the ovary creates follicles. If pregnancy is achieved, you will either have a period or need Progesterone to induce one. If 3 cycles of Femara (letrozole) fail, your doctor will consider using fsh instead.
