Works and fast: B"sd the largest study: "The ovulation rate was superior with letrozole (61.7%) than with Clomid (clomiphene) (48.3%)" that means that on average you will ovulate more than 1/2 of the cylces you take it on. "Letrozole is a medication that is metabolized rapidly in the body. It is not thought to have significant levels in the blood or tissues for a prolonged period of time" That is each cycle stands alone.
