Ive been taking femera for 5 days . i was on the third day of my period . i got heavier right away and still bleeding on day 8. is that normal ? is it still going to work and help me ovulate ?

It sounds like you are taking Femara to help with ovulation and fertility. Please follow all the instructions from the prescribing doctor. We can not make any predictions about ovulation based on your current menstrual cycle. Most likely you doctor is testing you for ovulation. This test will be used to determine if Femara is working to trigger ovulation
