Letrozol/PCOS: Letrozole is an inhibitor of estrogen, and the "off label use is for ovulation induction, which makes your pituitary "think" that your ovaries need more estrogen, so more stimulatory hormone is produced. Initially this can cause a breakdown in the lining of the womb, which in turn results in the discharge you describe. It is not from cancer.
