No more Z-pak: Recurrent sinus congestion may not necessarily be caused by bacterial infection. The fact that it came back after the zpak was done makes it suspicious that it may be something else like allergens, virus or just congestion. You should try neti-pot or nasal irrigation if symptoms are mostly congestion but if you have headache , dizziness , cough, fever or sore throat, you should follow up.
