I have a low grade fever and headache that starts in the afternoon daily for about 3 weeks. i had sinus symptoms at first& dr gave me zpack . i got better for about 4 days then fever & headache back. no sinus symptoms now.my cbc & bmp lab work normal?

Fungal/parasitic inf: Your presentation resembles a fungal infection or parasitic infection in the line of Malaria fever that is poor treated. I would recommend you consult a doctor and have tests done in that line, including an LP.
