Have been on certain meds & now i am recently w/o a pcp, pain mang, ortho, or spine doc, & my insur medicaid;can't get apt w/o apr or ref. help plz?

In NC: I see that you are in NC. In NC all counties have a health department. Some of them provide primary care. All of them should be able to direct you to a provider that accepts medicaid. Also there are several Community Health Centers and if there is one of them near you it would accept medicaid. You could also call family doc and internist offices and ask if they take medicaid. Need PCP first.
