Is there a possibility that u can get an ear infection from a sinus infection? if so, will the azithromycin clear that up as well? my ear hurts.

You betcha!: Your sinuses, pharynx (throat), nose and middle ears are all interconnected. It's a complex maze of tubes and passages that easily pass infection from one area to another. And yes, your Azithromycin should be adequate at clearing things up.
