Call at the least: With the persistence of your symptoms, and only 1 day left of the meds, i would at least call the dr. Who originally examined you. They can review your chart and make the best decision as to when you should come back in for an second evaluation. Best wishes.

Sore dry throat ,hard to swallow and cough. Pain behind ears. Doc says he not sure what it is but he ruled out sinus Infection.
Is afrin enough of a decongestant when trying to get rid of sinus/ear infection, or do I need an oral decon too? Taking cefdinir, prednisone and a Zyrtec at night currently. Nasal congestion better but ears still clogged, little hearing out of ears?
Max temp 102 improved on Tylenol. He did not initially have muscle aches but later did. No sore throat but +rapid strep and doc rx cefdinir. Need abx?
