Is this true that flouride is a poison, dentist gave duraphat 5000ppm fluoride toothpaste , while brushing i swalowed a lump of it accidently?

You are safe: We swallow Fluoride with water, bread, milk daily. I agree that in tooth paste the Fluoride is more concentrated to protect your teeth and gums. However, the amount accidentally swallowed while brushing is very small and is not considered harmful. You are safe and duraphat is a good toothpaste.

Drink milk: You will be fine unless you swallowed 1/2 the tube. Drink milk as soon as possible to lessen any nausea that you might be experiencing.
