I use waterpik,floss,tongue scraper,interdental brush,fluoride toothpaste everyday, dental checkup every 6 months and still get cavities eventho i dont know how i can be more thorough with cleaning my teeth.. my teeth are a little thin. pls advice?

Have you tried an OTC fluoride mouthwash? You may want to consult wit a specialist in Oral Medicine and/or a specialist in Oral Pathology. Your local Dental Society should be able to help, Additionally you diet may be problematic. Discuss this with your Dentist.
