Sounds not normal: You should not be sleepy all day if you are getting enough sleep at night. According to the National Sleep Foundation (sleepfoundation.org), it may be appropriate for a 22 year old to sleep 6 to 11 hours a day, with 7 to 9 hours being most usual. If you are getting a good night's sleep and still fall right to sleep in daytime you should discuss this with your doctor or a sleep specialist.
